Replies on WhatsApp in about 5 seconds, 24/7, in 10 Indian languages, books appointments and sends confirmations and reminders.
Sends a WhatsApp message to a caller whose call was missed.
Messages past patients who are due, for example for a 6-month check-up. The doctor controls what goes out.
Keeps the Google profile and the clinic website current, writes replies to Google reviews, and sends visited patients a link to leave a genuine review.
Checks whether ChatGPT and Gemini recommend the clinic, and works to improve it.
Answers come from the clinic's own information (price list, timings, services), not from the internet.
5. What does MedSlots not do?
It does not answer phone calls. It works on WhatsApp.
It usually does not replace a receptionist. It handles fees, timings, availability and booking, and is not a doctor.
It will occasionally get something wrong. The first reply says it is the clinic's automated assistant, a patient can ask for a person at any time, and the doctor or staff can take over any conversation.
6. How does setup work?
MedSlots goes live within 24 hours of you saying yes. You pay ₹7,499 right after you confirm your email, and only then is the account created and onboarded.
For new clients, the clinic adds the MedSlots email ID as a manager on its Google profile, and the team gets access during onboarding.
Conversations, the number and the data belong to the clinic. Data is not sold or shared with another clinic.
To cancel, message "stop". It works to the end of the paid month.
