Numbers get banned when automated messaging is pushed through an ordinary account with an unofficial workaround. That is not what this is. You see the setup on your own number before it goes live.

The rules on what a doctor may say to patients vary by council, and we are not the ones to interpret them for you. What we can do is give you control. You decide what goes out. A plain reminder that someone is due for a check-up is a different thing from a discount, and if your council draws a line there, keep it to reminders.

Who gets contacted comes from your own patient records, not from guessing anyone in, and anyone who asks to stop hearing from you is taken off.
