It will occasionally get something wrong.
It does not take its answers from the internet, only from your clinic's own information.
How you stay in control
The first reply says it is the clinic's automated assistant, and a patient can ask for a person at any time.
You or your staff can take over any conversation at any time.
Conversations, the number and the data belong to the clinic. Data is not sold or shared with another clinic.
It runs from the doctor's own WhatsApp with no dashboard.
