What is included in the ₹7,499?
Google profile care: MedSlots keeps your clinic's Google profile current with services, descriptions, posts and timings.
Review replies: MedSlots writes replies to Google reviews so none go unanswered, without giving away anything about a patient's visit.
Genuine reviews: every patient who visited is sent a simple link to your Google profile. No bought reviews and no incentives.
Website upkeep: MedSlots keeps your clinic website current with services, prices and timings.
AI answer checks: MedSlots checks whether ChatGPT and Gemini recommend your clinic, and works to improve it.
WhatsApp front desk: replies in about 5 seconds, 24/7, in 10 Indian languages, books appointments and sends confirmations and reminders.
Missed call follow-up: a missed call gets a WhatsApp message to that caller.
Patient recall: past patients who are due, for example for a 6-month check-up, are messaged. You control what goes out.
It runs from the doctor's own WhatsApp, with no dashboard. Plain-language figures come on request.
What is not included, and who it is not for
MedSlots is a front desk and a growth service, not a doctor and not a phone line.
It does not answer phone calls. It works on WhatsApp.
It usually does not replace a receptionist. It handles fees, timings, availability and booking.
It will occasionally get something wrong, which is why you or your staff can take over any conversation at any time.
