How MedSlots works, from yes to live
You say yes, your clinic adds MedSlots as a manager on its Google profile, and MedSlots goes live within 24 hours. After that it answers patients on your WhatsApp and you run it from your own WhatsApp.
Step 1: you say yes
MedSlots costs ₹7,499 a month per clinic, with no setup fee and no contract.
MedSlots goes live within 24 hours of you saying yes.
Billing starts the day the account is live.
Step 2: onboarding
For new clients, your clinic adds MedSlots' email ID as a manager on its Google profile, and the team gets access during onboarding.
MedSlots works from your clinic's own information: price list, timings and services.
Step 3: patients message your clinic
The first reply says it is the clinic's automated assistant.
MedSlots replies in about 5 seconds, 24/7, in 10 Indian languages.
It books appointments and sends confirmations and reminders.
A missed call gets a WhatsApp message to that caller.
A patient can ask for a person at any time, and you or your staff can take over any conversation.
Step 4: running it day to day
You run it from the doctor's own WhatsApp. There is no dashboard, and plain-language figures come on request.
MedSlots keeps your Google profile and website current and replies to Google reviews.
Past patients who are due, for example for a 6-month check-up, are messaged. You control what goes out.
Step 5: staying or leaving
To cancel, message "stop". It keeps working to the end of the paid month.
Conversations, the number and the data belong to the clinic.
