- ₹2,500/month for each additional branch or clinic location.
- No setup fee.
- No fixed-term contract: there is no minimum commitment beyond the current paid month.
- Billing starts the day your account goes live, and Medslots aims to get a new account live within 24 hours of signup.
- Payments are processed through PhonePe.
How to cancel
Because there is no fixed-term contract, you can cancel at any time. We are finalising a single, precise cancellation mechanism to publish here (for example, a specific WhatsApp instruction or a dashboard toggle). Until it is published, message or email us at hello@medslots.com or +91 91615 66676 (call or WhatsApp, 24×7) to cancel, and we will confirm the effective date in writing.
Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method through PhonePe. Exact processing time depends on PhonePe and your bank or UPI provider, not on us.
