Shipping and Service Delivery Policy

MedSlots is a software subscription delivered online. No physical goods are sent to you, so there is no shipping address to give and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

1. You answer a few questions: clinic name, location, what you treat, your WhatsApp number.
2. You send what you already have: price list, timings, how you like to explain things.
3. We set it up and hand it back. You go through what it knows on WhatsApp and fix anything wrong by typing the correction.
4. After we receive the required clinic information, access permissions and your approval, we aim to activate the service within 24 hours. Third-party account or WhatsApp verification may take longer; we will tell you about a delay.

MedSlots is accessed online through your account at app.medslots.com and the clinic WhatsApp channel configured during onboarding. No physical product or software installation is delivered.

Payment of ₹7,499 is due right after you confirm your email. Your account is created and onboarded after payment. Your invoice and payment status appear in your MedSlots account. For support, email hello@medslots.com.

If activation is delayed after you have provided the required onboarding information, or you have not received your payment confirmation email, contact us at hello@medslots.com or +91 91615 66676 (call or WhatsApp, 24×7) and we will look into it.

MedSlots is offered to clinics in India and billed in Indian rupees. There is no domestic or international physical shipping, courier, customs charge or physical return process.

Cancellation and refunds for undelivered services are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
