Nothing is shipped
Medslots is a software subscription delivered online. No physical goods are sent to you, so there is no shipping address to give and there are no shipping or delivery charges.
When your service starts
- You answer a few questions: clinic name, location, what you treat, your WhatsApp number.
- You send what you already have: price list, timings, how you like to explain things.
- We set it up and hand it back. You go through what it knows on WhatsApp and fix anything wrong by typing the correction.
- You say yes, and it goes live within 24 hours of signup.
How you get access
You run Medslots by chatting with it on your clinic's own WhatsApp. There is no app to download and no dashboard to install.
Billing and confirmation
Billing starts the day your account goes live. Your payment confirmation comes by email from hello@medslots.com.
If something is delayed
If your account is not live within 24 hours of signup, or you have not received your payment confirmation email, contact us at hello@medslots.com or +91 91615 66676 (call or WhatsApp, 24×7) and we will look into it.
