Why we built it
A clinic usually doesn't lose a patient because the doctor isn't good. It loses them because nobody replied in time. A patient messages on WhatsApp after hours, or calls when the front desk is busy, and if nobody answers fast enough, they message the next clinic. The clinic never even finds out it happened.
Medslots closes that gap. It answers WhatsApp enquiries in seconds, follows up on missed calls, keeps the clinic's Google Business Profile current, asks only real patients for honest reviews, and checks whether the clinic gets recommended when someone asks ChatGPT or Gemini for a suggestion. The doctor runs all of it from their own WhatsApp, with no dashboard to learn.

There is no contract.

You run Medslots by chatting with it on your own WhatsApp, so every instruction you give sits in your own chat history, in your own words. You or your staff can take over any conversation with a patient at any time. Agency work is hard to check. This is not.
