How billing works

You are never auto-debited.
There is no mandate and no standing instruction on your account. We email an invoice 7 days before each month begins and you pay it by UPI or card through PhonePe.
A late invoice never stops your patients being answered.
If payment is late we’ll email you, and your dashboard eventually goes read-only — but the assistant keeps replying to patients throughout, because they have nothing to do with our billing.
Cancel whenever.
You keep the month you’ve paid for, and you can export your data at any time, including after you leave.
