Is MedSlots right for my clinic? Who it fits and who should not buy it

MedSlots fits you if

• Patients message your clinic on WhatsApp and you want a reply in about 5 seconds, any hour, in 10 Indian languages.

• You want appointments booked on WhatsApp, with confirmations and reminders sent.

• You miss calls and want the caller to get a WhatsApp message.

• You want to run it from the doctor's own WhatsApp, with no dashboard to learn.

• You want your Google profile, reviews and website looked after in the same service.

• You want to try it without a contract: month to month, no setup fee, cancel by messaging "stop".

MedSlots does not fit you if

Think twice if any of these is your main need.

• You want an assistant that answers phone calls. MedSlots works on WhatsApp and does not pick up calls.

• You want software to replace your receptionist. It usually does not; it handles fees, timings, availability and booking.

• You want a doctor-like assistant for clinical questions. It covers fees, timings, availability and booking, not clinical questions.

• You want a free trial on your own number. There is none, because there is no contract. The most you can lose is one month.

• You cannot accept that it will occasionally get something wrong. Staff can take over any conversation, but it can happen.

What it costs to find out

• ₹7,499 a month per clinic. One plan, no setup fee, no tiers, no add-ons, no annual contract and no per-message charges.

• It goes live within 24 hours of you saying yes. You pay ₹7,499 right after you confirm your email, and only then is the account created and onboarded.

• To stop, message "stop". It works to the end of the paid month.
