- On cancellation, the system sends a one-tap WhatsApp offer to the top three wait-listed patients in priority order.
- Sentiment-gated review request fires only after a successful appointment with positive chat sentiment — Google review count tripled.
- Quiet-hours respected (no offers between 9pm-7am IST).
Outcome
